Lab fees include both the E.max veneer cost and the digital model fee. Therefore, when you outsource an e.max veneer case, the total charge will be structured as shown in the image below.

3. Turnaround Time
Our laboratory requires approximately 2–3 days to complete production. However, in actual outsourcing cases, the overall turnaround time is usually longer due to the communication involved throughout the process. Time is often needed for case review, clarification of production questions, payment confirmation, and production scheduling. Therefore, under normal circumstances, the full outsourcing process typically takes around 7–10 days.
If you require expedited service, please be sure to inform our sales team in advance to avoid any delay in delivery.
4. Packaging and Delivery
You case will be shipped by UPS/DHL/Fedex, you will receive your package within as soon as 2 days. Delivery times vary by country. Please refer to the table for estimated transit times from China to different destinations.
The package will include 3 items inside:
- The printed model
- The restorations
- The printed case prescription sheet

1) Case Requirements
When sending the case, your requirements should include tooth position, shade, margin preference, occlusion, or esthetic request. Here are the format:

2. Technical Review
After receiving your digital scans or physical models, our technicians will carefully review the case. If any details require your confirmation, we will send you a confirmation email. Please remember to provide your WhatsApp contact information as well. If we do not receive a reply to the email in time, we will follow up with you via WhatsApp to help avoid delays.
Please try to provide your confirmation within 24 hours after receiving our message to avoid any delay in turnaround time.
3. Finsh the Payment
The payment stage is one of the most common sources of delay, and it is not unusual for dentists to spend 3–7 extra days completing payment. Please note that BestoDental will start production only after the deposit has been received.
After all case details are confirmed, we will عادة issue the PI within 24–48 hours. Once you receive the PI, please arrange payment as soon as possible.
If you would like to add more cases afterward, that is also fine. You may first pay the deposit so we can start production. Additional cases can be added at any time during the production process. Once production is completed, we will issue a balance PI for the added cases, and you can then pay the remaining balance together.
4. Pre-Shipment Inspection
After production is completed, we will take QC photos of each case for your review. You may use these photos to perform a remote quality check before shipment. In most cases, we will arrange shipment only after the doctor has completed this remote inspection.
If the turnaround time is very tight and there is not enough time to wait for the doctor’s review, we may ship the cases first and then send the QC photos afterward for checking. However, please note that in this situation, if any issue is found, the opportunity for factory remake before shipment will be lost. That said, the likelihood of such problems is usually very low.
To avoid any delay in turnaround time, please complete your review within 24 hours after receiving the QC photos
5. Inspection Upon Delivery
After receiving the package, please inspect the cases as soon as possible. We recommend checking the following points:
- Confirm that the restorations have not been damaged during transportation.
- Verify the fit and occlusion of the cases on the model.
- Check the appearance carefully for any stains, cracks, or other visible defects.
